By partnering directly with college professors and recommending personalized learning solutions for their classrooms, we are rapidly expanding the implementation of Hawkes products into schools nationwide.     Sales Representatives play a vital role in the overall success of the sales and marketing organization, working alongside and in support of several strategic teams. Extensive training and professional development are provided to help employees thrive in this position. Opportunity for promotion from this role to outside Sales Territory Manager is expected in less than a year, where you receive a guaranteed commission in the first year in addition to a competitive base salary, with an uncapped commission structure based on revenue generation in subsequent years.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with the marketing team to execute follow up strategies for designed campaigns and lead-generating initiatives
    • Assist with hosting virtual conferences, webinars, and company events
    • Conduct both online and onsite product demonstrations
    • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and screen potential sales opportunities
    • Develop relationships with faculty members via the phone to identify custom solutions with our educational materials
    • Travel with the sales team to train and assist in sales presentations at trade shows and college campuses
    • Perform targeted market research and maintain contact database
    • Collaborate with colleagues in the customer service department to assist with expansion efforts and onboarding of new accounts

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Ability to work independently
    • Public speaking experience
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • 1-5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing position preferred
    • Looking for new employees to work remotely and/or travel nationwide; ideal locations: FL, OH, IL, NY, PA, MA but open to other locations in domestic U.S.
