Our main objective is to establish a safe and enjoyable environment where members can develop healthy habits and maintain their active lifestyle. As a Service Associate, your key role will be providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk tasks, engaging in various activities like basketball, pickleball, squash, and aquatic sports, and potentially receiving training for Rockwall belaying safety. At our well-known facility, which features amenities such as an aquatic center and climbing wall, we deeply appreciate the diverse skills of our team members. Responsibilities: • Welcome and greet guests and members with professionalism and courtesy • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers both in person and over the phone • Supervise and engage with children, prioritizing safety and fun at all times • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked facility • Communicate effectively and professionally with kids, parents, guardians, and colleagues • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in various roles as needed within the team culture • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and handle concerns effectively • Ensure compliance with instructions and help others do the same • Show high responsiveness and accountability towards others Qualifications: • Looking for people who are high-energy, outgoing, and creative • Experience with fitness, sports, or team activities is a plus • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified • Must work well with children and adults • Experience working with children is preferred but not required. This is a great first job Compensation: $14.75 - $15.75 hourly
