    Are you an experienced, highly motivated, and energetic individual looking for an exciting opportunity? As the front desk lead your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day front desk staffing and training operations. We're seeking someone who is passionate about fitness, organized, and dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our valued members. You will also play a crucial role in hiring and training our exceptional staff, as well as managing the scheduling. This position requires 25 to 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. If you have 1-2 years of experience in the fitness industry, including management experience, we encourage you to apply today and be a part of our team! Responsibilities: • Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones • Provide a clean and safe environment for the benefit of both members and staff • Assure that all applicable laws and regulations are followed • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure their utmost satisfaction • Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong member-focused mentality • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in a fitness related field of study is a plus • Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a fitness role • 3-5 years of experience working in a gym or the fitness industry required • Sales and sales management experience are crucial Compensation: $19 per hour & sales commission
