We are looking for a service minded manager to staff and train our reception desk employees. Ideal candidates will need a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and the ability to promote and maintain a culture based on exemplary customer service and attention to detail. This position will require evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities: • Handle staffing, training, scheduling, and employee reviews for a devoted team • Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and staff • Assure that all applicable laws and regulations are followed • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in a fitness related field of study is a plus • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Previous experience as a manager, assistant manager, or similar position required • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the members first and providing exceptional customer service • Sales and sales management experience are crucial Compensation: $19 per hour & sales commission
