Our busy fitness studio is looking for an energetic fitness sales assistant with great customer service skills. You should be enthusiastic about health and fitness and flourish in a setting that encourages you to achieve personal and team objectives. Our ideal applicant has a year of commission sales experience and can jump in and familiarize yourself with our health programs and workout equipment. You'll need to prospect for customers by using methods like telemarketing, member referrals, and community outreach. Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns • Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins • Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service • Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers • Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members • Prospect leads through a variety of actions such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members and chatting with them at local events or when they walk in! • Maintain long-term clientele, growing HFACs membership through sales, new member onboarding, and excellence in ongoing service. • Learn and excel in using HFAC's club software (Club Automation) and CRM software (VFP) to manage workflow and content. • Provide excellent service to resolve problems and answer questions in a professional, warm, and caring way. • Work as a member of an overall team. Work especially well with the front desk, business office, fitness team, and management. • Demonstrate administrative excellence, following and communicating policy, completing paperwork accurately, and accurately representing promotions. Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • High school diploma, GED or equivalent • At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred • You must have previous customer service experience for this position • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) • Strong desire to achieve and surpass production targets Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly
