    Job Description

    HAYDEN LOS ANGELES, based in Los Angeles, California, is a fast-growing women’s and tweens’ fashion company. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage, process, invoice day-to-day sales orders using NetSuite.
    • Communicate with customers via email, phone, in-person and fashion platforms.
    • Update customer records on NetSuite.
    • Recommend similar sold out products to customers.
    • Check returned merchandise to create credit memos and return authorizations.
    • Build and maintain positive and friendly customer relationships.
    • Resolve customer complaints and provide positive feedback.
    • Communicate with other teams as necessary.
    • Assist shipping department with processing orders when needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    Skills:

    • Basic computer skills including but not limited to Outlook and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Punctual, reliable and self-motivated.
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
