RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Cold/Warm calling top physician candidates to engage interest in working a locum tenens assignment

o Marketing our services to healthcare facilities

o Interviewing specialty physician candidates

o Utilize social media and email marketing to source physicians and providers.

o Match physicians to open jobs.

o Collaborate with support teams to help your candidates move through the recruitment process

o Build long-term relationships with healthcare community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
    • Related experience in sales, recruitment, account management, recruitment, or customer service.
    • Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions through different perspectives
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and desire to build long-term relationships/partnerships
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
