- Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests immediately.
- Receive and process quotations, inquires, and orders from external customers.
- Verify order status, pricing and details on availability and production lead times.
- Identify new sales opportunities.
- Report and document competitive pricing including quantity, manufacturer, geograhphic location and applications.
- Document and process inquires, complaints or discrepancies and follow thru with return goods authorization procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Follow-up on leads from phone inquiries, referrals, and research.
- Prospect and develop new accounts and sell products to secure business from existing accounts.
- Performs other assignments as directed.
