  • Responsibilities

    **Business Purpose:

    **Fulfill internal financial information needs. Review GL activity, consolidate information, and prepare timely reporting requirements. Perform and coordinate the Accounts Payable function in a timely manner. Assist in the tracking, reporting, and accountability of all product inventory. Provide support to the Quality and Production Planning departments as needed.

    Role Qualifications:( R equired & P referred)

    Cost Accounting(R) ,Microsoft Applications specifically including Excel (R) Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar experience (P) 1+ Year Manufacturing Experience (P) Inventory Control/Accountability (P). 1+ Year Accounts Payable Experience (P) Month End Close, General Ledger experience (P). Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration (P) Education :

    B.S. or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finanace

    Area of Knowledge :

    Inventory flow understanding - Raw Materials to WIP to Finished Goods, Cost Accounting, Excel Spreadsheets. Must have good analytical and organizational skills.

    Skills:

    • AX System – Monitor activities and resolve/issue auditable and traceable inventory movement.

    • Shop Floor Reporting System - Assist in the review of all Shop Floor Production data

    • Daily Activities - Assist in the reconciliation and editing posting of all reported Shop Floor Production data.

    • Administrative - Perform daily duties as required for the Accounting Clerk position

    • Support function - provide clerical support to the Quality and Production department as needed.

    • Follow reporting guidelines to ensure adequate separation of duties.

    • Misc. Reporting - Various reports as assigned; Timely distribution to area managers of reports, as required
