West Maui, Elevated:

Wake up every day in paradise, and make an impact on one of the most beautiful stretches of land in the country. This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee high-profile resort and HOA accounts across a 10-mile radius on Maui’s west side, with a company on the cusp of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple landscape maintenance accounts and crews across several sites within a compact service area
  
• Conduct daily site checks to ensure schedule adherence and quality control
  
• Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with clients, including weekly photo reports and property updates
  
• Open the shop each morning and ensure crews are ready for dispatch
  
• Be available 24/7 for high-priority resort accounts (or ensure reliable backup coverage)
  
• Step in as needed to support crews in the field
  
• Identify, upsell, and manage enhancement opportunities on assigned accounts
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple landscape crews and accounts
  
• Comfortable operating as a hybrid manager: both client-facing and field-ready
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
  
• Strong communication skills, especially with luxury clientele and resort contacts
  
• Familiarity with Aspire software or willingness to learn
  
• Deep knowledge of Lahaina and the surrounding area preferred
  
• Willingness to work early hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

• $85,000 – $90,000 base salary
• Commission on enhancement/ancillary sales (~2.5%)
• Company vehicle provided
