Job Description
As the head baker at Pinthouse Brewing, the Head Baker will own all levels of dough and bakery production for the Ben White facility. Supporting the restaurant operations team with a high quality, consistent product, the Head Baker will drive results by fostering a collaborative partnership between the culinary department and operations.
Responsibilities
Oversees all dough prep and baking production out of the Ben White facility Establish and evaluate pars and baking production schedule with the KM, GM, and VP of Culinary
Provide any training material to the Director of Training in support of on-site production and dough handling Responsible for ensuring baking team at Ben White is fully trained and capable Refine best practices and processes
Qualifications
· Food Handler’s Certification
· Experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook or similar role
· Certification or Degree from Culinary School (Preferred)
· Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
· Love a high-volume environment
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
