    What You’ll Lead

    • Seasonal menu development and planning
    • Ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and food costing
    • BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development
    • Maintaining sanitation, food safety, quality, and consistency
    • Clear communication with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years experience in professional restaurant kitchens
    • 2+ years managing a BOH team as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Senior Sous Chef
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills
    • Calm, organized presence during service
    • Experience in scratch kitchens preferred
    • Food safety certification a plus

    Schedule

    Full-Time | 5 days per week

    Closed Monday and Tuesday

    Service Hours

    • Wednesday–Thursday: 4 PM – 9 PM
    • Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10 PM
    • Sunday: 11:30 AM – 8 PM
