    What You’ll Lead

    • Seasonal menu planning + execution
    • Food costing, ordering, vendor relationships, waste control
    • BOH staffing: recruiting, training, development, culture setting
    • Maintain sanitation, food safety, quality, + consistency
    • Strong kitchen-to-FOH communication for smooth service

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years BOH restaurant experience
    • 2+ years leading a kitchen or comparable chef role
    • Calm, steady, organized leadership style
    • Strong communication + systems-driven culinary mindset
    • Food safety certification preferred
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

    Schedule

    Full-Time | 5 days/week
    Closed Monday + Tuesday
    Service Hours: Wed–Thu 4–9 PM | Fri–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM | Sun 11:30 AM–8 PM
