    What You’ll Lead

    • Seasonal menu planning and daily specials

    • Ordering, inventory, vendor relations, and food costing

    • BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development

    • Maintaining sanitation, food safety, quality, and consistency

    • Clear communication with FOH leadership for smooth service

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years BOH restaurant experience

    • 2+ years as a Head Chef, CDC, or BOH leader

    • Strong communication and supervisory skills

    • Calm, organized approach to service

    • Experience in scratch kitchens preferred

    • Food safety certification a plus

    • Bilingual English/Spanish helpful

    Schedule

    Full-Time | 5 days/week
    Closed Monday + Tuesday

    Service Hours:

    • Wed–Thu: 4 PM–9 PM

    • Fri–Sat: 11:30 AM–10 PM

    • Sun: 11:30 AM–8 PM
