    We are hiring a Head Chef to lead the kitchen for an established concept within a growing Philadelphia hospitality group. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on consistency, team development, and menu evolution within a strong existing operation.

    This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys structure, collaboration, and creative input without chaos.

    $75,000 salary

    What You’ll Do

    Lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume kitchen
    Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
    Ensure food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
    Train, schedule, and motivate a BOH team of 5–10
    Maintain recipe accuracy, portioning, and plate presentation
    Support a respectful, organized kitchen culture

    What You Bring

    BOH leadership experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
    Strong scratch-kitchen and execution skills
    Experience with inventory and vendor communication
    Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
    Food safety certification preferred
    Calm, consistent leadership style
