    What You’ll Lead

    • Seasonal menu development + specials
    • Ordering, inventory, vendors, food cost + waste control
    • BOH staffing: hiring, training, culture setting
    • Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety compliance
    • Smooth service flow + kitchen-to-FOH alignment

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years BOH restaurant experience
    • 2+ years in a Chef or BOH leadership role
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Organized, strategic, systems-driven culinary mindset
    • Calm, reliable, detail-oriented under pressure
    • Food safety certification preferred
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

    Schedule

    Full-time | 5 days/week
    Closed Monday + Tuesday
    Service Hours: Wed–Thu 4–9 PM | Fri–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM | Sun 11:30 AM–8 PM
