Orangetheory Fitness Bridgeport is looking for an energetic, inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver world-class workouts to our amazing members.
This role is perfect for a passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others, leading by example, and creating an incredible group fitness experience.
Responsibilities
Coach high-energy Orangetheory group fitness classes
Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching team
Ensure exceptional member experience and workout quality
Support studio culture, member retention, and community engagement
Assist with coach onboarding and training
Qualifications
Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)
CPR/AED certification
Group fitness coaching experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Passion for helping people achieve results
