Qualifications:
Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA & ACSM
CPR and AED Certified.
Passion for health and fitness.
Reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to members by helping them book workouts and holding them accountable to staying consistent.
Developing, educating and empowering your team for continuous improvement.
Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
The Fitness Coach Manager role is a full-time position. Our studio is open seven days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
