This Is Not a Coaching Job. It's a Leadership Role.
Most coaches are great at coaching. This role requires something more — someone who can coach, lead a staff, own the member experience, and treat the training floor like the business it is.
At D1 North Shore, the Head Coach is the most important hire we make. You are the standard. You set the tone for every coach on staff, every session on the schedule, and every athlete who walks through the door expecting the best workout of their week.
If you're looking to punch in, run a few classes, and punch out — this isn't it. If you're ready to own something, build something, and lead a team that genuinely changes lives through performance training — keep reading.
