Ganko Ittetsu Ramen - Braintree is hiring Head Cook! We are family owned authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. This location is brand new! this means work in brand new Kitchen!!

Requirement:

Kitchen Supervisor Experience: 3 - 5 year (Required)

Must be able to manage inventory, ordering, and hiring.

Must have interest with Japanese culture and food.

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Must be able to have problem solving skills.

Must be a team player.

Must have a great organizational skills as well as communication skills.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.

Evaluate, schedule, and assign kitchen duties for kitchen staff.

Develop, implement, and maintain food safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Must be able to drive to work.

Must be authorized to work in United States.
