Every lead, every past client, and every referral source is heard from, followed up with, and never forgotten. Nothing goes dormant on your watch. Listing management. From contract through going live, you coordinate vendors, staging, photography, MLS entry, and showing schedules. Robert's calendar and priorities. You filter what needs his attention, bring it to him prepared, and protect the rest of his day so he can stay focused on relationships and growth. Team support. You are the connective tissue for a small, close-knit team. Daily communication, shared systems, and making sure every person has what they need. SOPs. You spot the gaps, document the fix, and own the improvement. Client events. You help coordinate client appreciation activities that keep this referral-based business thriving. Occasional evenings and weekends required.
