In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of account management—from client onboarding to project delivery—ensuring our operations run efficiently and our customers receive unmatched service. We're looking for someone who brings both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on management experience. You’ll supervise and mentor a team of account managers, manage key client relationships, and work closely with operations, purchasing, scheduling, and executive leadership to keep everything moving on time and on target. • Competitive Salary: Starting between $70,000–$85,000 depending on experience • Bonus Potential based on performance • Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage • Paid Time Off • Paid Gym Membership (Lifetime Fitness) • A collaborative team culture and opportunities for long-term growth Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a high-performing Account Management Team, setting clear goals and expectations • Serve as the primary point of contact between account management and cross-functional teams • Ensure operational excellence through streamlined workflows, proactive scheduling, and materials coordination • Personally handle a portfolio of key accounts, providing responsive and attentive service throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to drive client satisfaction and internal efficiency • Conduct regular team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions to support team growth • Oversee the coordination of material orders and usage, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control • Utilize project management tools (such as Moraware) to maintain scheduling accuracy and accountability • Act as a problem-solver, quickly resolving client or internal issues to maintain project momentum • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and division-wide planning Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in account management, operations, or team leadership—preferably in a custom manufacturing or construction-related setting • Proven success leading a team and managing client relationships with professionalism and care • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and client-facing • Proficiency in project management software; experience with Moraware is a plus • A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for building high-performing teams Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
