    Help Build a $10M Law Firm At Truce Law, we are not a traditional litigation firm. We are an amicable-first family law firm focused on helping people resolve some of the most difficult moments in their lives with dignity, clarity, and strategy. We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and lead the conversion engine that turns qualified interest into signed clients. Our marketing team generates strong demand. Your job is to ensure that every lead is handled with speed, empathy, and excellence while building the systems that scale the firm to $800,000 in monthly revenue and beyond. This is not just a sales management role. You will design the entire revenue operating system of the firm. Compensation & Benefits • We want someone invested in the long-term success of the firm. • Base Salary: • $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience • Monthly Performance Bonus: • $1,000 – $2,500 for maintaining strong conversion performance • Major Milestone Bonus: • A significant bonus when the firm reaches its first $800,000 revenue month • Firm Performance Bonuses Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer-paid coverage for employees) • Four weeks Paid Time Off (Three weeks PTO + One-week paid winter holiday closure). • 10 paid holidays • 401(k) with 3% firm contribution • Flexible schedule • Firm-provided technology and support • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) • Professional Development Stipend Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Own the Revenue Pipeline You will build and manage the systems that convert leads into retained clients. • Manage the full intake and conversion process • Maintain HubSpot pipelines, automations, and reporting • Ensure fast response times and strong follow-up systems • Improve the firm’s Roadmap-to-Retainer conversion rate Lead the Conversion Team You will oversee the people responsible for turning conversations into clients. • Manage the Lead Case Evaluator and intake team • Audit Legal Roadmap Sessions for improvement opportunities • Build training systems and coaching frameworks • Maintain a library of “perfect calls” for staff development Build the Firm’s Revenue Intelligence System You will use data and AI tools to drive continuous improvement. • Implement tools like Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms • Analyze conversion metrics and revenue performance • Provide weekly revenue forecasts to leadership • Identify patterns in lost opportunities and client objections Align Marketing and Sales You will ensure a seamless client journey from first click to signed retainer. • Partner with the Marketing Manager to improve lead quality • Share monthly insights on client objections and friction points • Optimize the client experience across every touchpoint Qualifications: Who You Are A Systems Thinker • You have 4-6 years of experience seeing a business as a set of interconnected systems and knowing how to optimize them for scale. A HubSpot Power User • You are a veteran of the HubSpot Sales Hub. You don’t just "use" the CRM; you have built complex pipelines, automated workflows, and custom dashboards from scratch. A Data Storyteller • You turn numbers into insights that drive smart decisions. An Empathetic Leader • You understand that family law clients are going through difficult life events, and you balance revenue goals with compassion. An AI-Forward Operator • You are excited about tools that improve performance, coaching, and decision-making. A legal background is preferred, but it is not required. We value your ability to build world-class conversion engines in high-touch, high-compliance industries (SaaS, Fintech, or Professional Services) over specific legal knowledge. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base + performance bonuses
