Responsibilities: • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000+ at plan yearly
