D1 Training Bux-Mont is seeking a passionate and driven Head Performance Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver high-quality, science-backed training to youth and adult athletes. As the Head Performance Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing training operations, developing and implementing performance programming, mentoring other coaches, and ensuring an elite training experience. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a results-driven, energetic, and team-oriented culture.

Job Summary
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
Lead group and individual performance training sessions for youth athletes, teams, and adults
Design and implement training programs tailored to various athletic levels and ages
Mentor, train, and manage coaches and interns
Track athlete progress and adjust program as needed
Represent D1 in the community and at local events to grow awareness and drive memberships
Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment
Collaborate with General Manager and other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience
Create social media content
Connect with local clubs, teams, and coaches to create brand awareness
Salary:
Base salary of 40-45k
Uncapped commission
Responsibilities

Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
Qualifications
Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
