Bespoke Hair is looking for an experienced Head Spa Technician to join our growing team.

We're creating more than a shampoo service—we're building a customized wellness experience that combines scalp care, luxurious massage, water therapy, and exceptional guest care.

What You'll Do

Perform customized Head Spa services

Conduct thorough scalp consultations

Recommend treatments and home care based on guest needs

Deliver exceptional scalp massage and relaxation experiences

Maintain a beautiful, organized treatment suite

Build lasting guest relationships through education and hospitality

Work closely with our salon team to provide an elevated luxury experience

Qualifications

Required

California Cosmetology License

1+ years providing Head Spa or luxury scalp treatment services.

Excellent scalp massage skills

Strong consultation and communication skills

Passion for guest care and continued education

Preferred

Experience with scalp analysis

Knowledge of scalp conditions and home care recommendations

Experience with luxury spa services

Retail recommendation experience
