    Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

D1 Training Lexington — Lead the Floor. Build the Culture. Coach at the Highest Level.

If you are a proven, high-level coach who is ready to own the floor, lead people, and build something meaningful, D1 Training Lexington is looking for you — now.

This is not an entry-level role. This is a true Head Coach position for someone who can walk in on Day 1, command the room, and raise the standard for athletes and coaches.

We’re a brand-new, locally owned D1 Training location in Lexington, KY, backed by one of the fastest-growing performance training brands in the country. You’ll have the freedom to lead locally — with the structure, systems, and credibility of the D1 brand behind you.

    Who This Role Is For

You might be the right fit if:

You’ve coached everyone — youth, high school, adults, elite athletes

You bring energy, authority, and presence the moment you step on the turf

You care deeply about culture, standards, and athlete experience

You’re ready to lead other coaches, not just run workouts

You want more than a job — you want ownership of a program

If that fires you up, keep reading.

    What You’ll Do

As Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, you are responsible for everything that happens on the training floor.

    You will:

Lead all coaching operations in alignment with D1 national standards

Serve as the lead coach for group classes, teams, and 1-on-1 training

Set the tone for a high-energy, professional, athlete-first environment

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate assistant coaches

Ensure all coaches are certified and coaching the D1 Way

Deliver loud, clear, technically sound coaching every session

Maintain training floor organization, cleanliness, and equipment standards

Conduct assessments, goal setting, and athlete program alignment

Build strong relationships with Lexington families, schools, and teams

Support marketing events, combines, and community outreach

Ego-free leadership — the program comes first
