The Role: Head / Lead Teacher (Requires degree/licensure in Early Childhood Education or related field with expertise in Early Childhood Education.)
You will establish a classroom defined by structure, warmth, academic rigor, and relational excellence — preparing children socially, emotionally, and through academic readiness.

Responsibilities
Maintain a nurturing, academically focused classroom culture
Implement lesson plans with fidelity and excellence
Lead classroom management with consistency
Communicate professionally with families
Support each child’s academic and social-emotional growth
Qualifications
Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
CDA (if applicable)
5+ years’ experience as a Lead Teacher
Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
Commitment to excellence and accountability
Compensation: $41,600–$48,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. Performance-based incentives available for founding team members.
