Your Impact:

Build strong, trusting relationships with youth

Lead group discussions, workshops, and team-building activities

Provide guidance, support, and positive role modeling

Help youth set and achieve personal, academic, and career goals

Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with teens and young adults (14–25)

Passionate about mentorship, youth development, and leadership

Great communicator, reliable, and empathetic

Motivational and energetic presence

Background in youth work, social services, education, or counseling (preferred)
