OVERVIEW
Serves the public and promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank’s community image. Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines. Processes a wide variety of transactions and sell products and services to service customers in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures. Provides guidance to and oversees the teller line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
High School diploma or equivalent plus specialized course work in retail sales. At least two years of teller or related customer service experience. Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, IRA rules and regulations. Must be comfortable performing basic math procedures and have good customer service, communication, problem solving and organizational skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Technologically proficient. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
