We are looking for a Head Trainer who is as passionate about developing a world-class coaching team as they are about leading a packed house through an 800-calorie burn.
As Head Trainer, you are the heartbeat of the studio. You will bridge the gap between elite fitness coaching and strategic business leadership, driving the "Team Training, Life Changing" philosophy in one of Philly's most vibrant neighborhoods.
The Role: Leadership in Motion
This is a leadership position designed for a professional who thrives on variety. You will balance the high energy of the studio floor with the strategic focus of administrative and developmental tasks.
In-Studio Impact: 20 hours per week of premier coaching and floor leadership.
Team Development: Onboard, mentor, and audit our coaching staff to ensure every session meets the gold standard of the F45 brand.
Operational Excellence: Oversee studio standards, equipment maintenance, and administrative support to keep the "engine" running smoothly.
Community & Growth: Act as the face of the studio by creating social media content, leading local outreach, and partnering with sales to drive membership and retention.

What You Bring to the Table
You are a motivator by nature and a leader by choice. You understand that "good enough" isn't the standard when it comes to movement quality and member experience.
The Essentials:
Experience: Proven track record in boutique fitness coaching (required); leadership or senior coaching experience (strongly preferred).
Education: Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) and current CPR/AED certification.
The "F45 Factor": A deep understanding of functional training and HIIT. (F45 coaching experience is a major bonus!)
Tech Savvy: Experience with MindBody is strongly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to command a room with empathy and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Set the Standard: Lead by example with advanced coaching, movement correction, and injury prevention techniques.
Build the Brand: Create and feature in social media content and represent the studio at community activations and marketing events.
Drive Results: Support membership sales and retention through intentional member consultations and accountability.
Maintain the Vibe: Ensure the studio is pristine, organized, and welcoming for every member, every time.
