Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Collaborate with management on special events and promotional menus.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in an Italian restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire the kitchen team.
