    **Role Overview
    ** The Head of Acquisition Integration is responsible for driving value creation through the strategic, data-driven integration of acquired businesses into the Zeus Fire & Security platform. This role leads cross-functional coordination, ensures consistent execution of integration initiatives, and monitors key success metrics to optimize operational, cultural, and financial outcomes. The Head of Acquisition Integration plays a critical role in realizing the full potential of each acquisition by aligning integration efforts with Zeus's long-term growth strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Integration Leadership & Strategy

    • Serve as the integration lead for all acquisitions, overseeing pre-close planning and post-close execution across all functions.
    • Develop and manage integration playbooks, governance structures, and tracking tools that ensure repeatable, scalable integration success.
    • Lead cross-functional integration team including Directors of HR, Finance/Accounting, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operational Excellence.
    • Facilitate joint planning sessions and regular integration status reviews with executive sponsors and department heads.
    • Act as the single point of accountability for achieving integration objectives, synergy realization, and performance targets.
    • Champion continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned from each integration and systematically applying enhancements to future integration strategies and tools.

    Program Management & Execution

    • Create and manage comprehensive integration project plans with timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and key risk indicators.
    • Track and report on integration KPIs, synergy achievement, operational risks, and team performance.
    • Ensure proper change management strategies are in place to support cultural integration and organizational readiness.
    • Resolve escalations quickly and effectively, balancing short-term challenges with long-term value creation.
    • Establish feedback loops and implement process improvements to refine integration methodologies over time.

    Pre-Close Planning & Diligence Support

    • Partner with the VP of Corporate Development during diligence to inform integration scoping, planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Support functional leaders in assessing target company readiness, systems, people, and processes during the diligence phase.
    • Assist with integration modeling, resourcing, and budgeting during pre-close analysis.
    • Capture pre-close learnings and contribute to a continuously evolving knowledge base of best practices.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Serve as liaison between functional leaders and senior executives, ensuring visibility, alignment, and informed decision-making.
    • Maintain regular communication with Access Holdings and the Zeus executive team on integration progress, risks, and needs
    • Develop and maintain communication frameworks for both internal stakeholders and acquired company leadership teams.
    • Foster a culture of transparency and feedback that supports ongoing improvement in integration processes and outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field required; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, strategy, post-merger integration, or related leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in high-complexity M&A environments.
    • Strong cross-functional knowledge of HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, with the ability to navigate interdependencies and drive execution across teams.
    • Willingness to travel to acquired company sites and other locations as required for integration execution and leadership alignment.
    • Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.
    • Proven ability to lead through influence, build consensus, and drive accountability in a matrixed environment.
    • Exceptional program and project management skills; PMP or similar certification a plus.
    • Strong financial and operational acumen with ability to understand impacts across functions.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Experience with private equity-backed businesses, multi-site operations, or roll-up strategies is strongly preferred.
