    Purpose:

    The Head of Broker and Consultant Relations is responsible for building, scaling, and deepening Wondr Health’s relationships with national and regional benefits brokers and consulting firms. This role owns consultant and broker strategy across employer and health plan markets, positioning Wondr Health as a trusted partner in weight management, metabolic health, and GLP-1 governance.

    This leader drives broker- and consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue by developing executive-level relationships, enabling advisor readiness, shaping market narrative, and ensuring consistent field execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success.

    Essential Functions :

    • Define and execute the national broker and consultant relations strategy aligned to growth objectives.
    • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with national and regional consulting and brokerage firms.
    • Drive measurable broker- and consultant-sourced pipeline and closed revenue.
    • Partner with Sales, Channel, and Enablement teams to coordinate deal strategy and execution.
    • Lead advisor enablement programs, training sessions, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Represent Wondr Health at industry conferences and advisor forums.
    • Serve as the internal voice of brokers and consultants, providing market feedback and competitive insights.

    ** Required Qualifications** :

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
    • 12+ years of experience in broker relations, consultant relations, channel partnerships, or enterprise healthcare sales
    • Deep knowledge of the employer benefits and consulting ecosystem
    • Proven ability to drive revenue through influence-based channels
    • Executive presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills

    General Working Conditions:

    General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned an office.
