The Head of Campaign Delivery, Marketing is responsible for overseeing the organization, fulfillment, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels. This individual will partner with a team of high-performance marketing managers and specialists, with the goal of ensuring all campaign activity is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives. The role requires a strong blend of critical systems thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving to drive successful marketing performance that delivers against core goals and revenue growth.

Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing position, specifically managing end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, PR, email, events, and traditional media) with a proven track record of achieving measurable results, such as increased lead generation, improved conversion rates, or revenue growth through marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, omnichannel marketing campaigns that align with strategic business objectives, with examples of innovative campaign strategies or creative problem-solving that led to successful outcomes.
Hands-on experience leading the use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) to plan, track, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI) to measure campaign performance, calculate ROI, and derive actionable insights.
Experience in preparing detailed performance reports and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with complex marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools to streamline campaign execution and tracking.
Practical understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization), PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing (e.g., segmentation, A/B testing).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, creative, and digital teams).
Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Familiarity with managing marketing budgets, including purchase order (PO) processes, cost tracking, and ensuring campaigns stay within financial targets.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies in campaign processes and implement scalable solutions to improve operational workflows.
Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Experience in navigating challenges, such as shifting priorities, resource constraints, or tight deadlines, while maintaining high performance.

The salary range for this role is $125,000- $135,000 based on experience.
