    About the Role

    We're hiring a Head of Email (And LinkediOutreach Strategy to take our cold outbound engine from good to world-class.

    You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing our entire outbound strategy. This includes testing messaging angles, building advanced audience segments, launching new personalization tactics (potentially AI-powered ones), and developing creative multichannel approaches (email, LinkedIn, Looms, etc.).

    You'll collaborate daily with our in-house Email Manager, who handles infrastructure, deliverability, tools, and execution—so you can focus on strategy, creative testing, and scaling what works. You'll also work closely with Gal, the founder of GNO, to brainstorm how to improve results.

    What You'll Do

    • Own and optimize outbound cold email strategy.

    • Lead copywriting, subject line testing, angle development, and A/B experimentation

    • Build advanced audience segmentation strategies based on niche, performance, and ICP

    • Brainstorm and implement personalization tactics (manual + AI), video integrations, and other creative plays to increase reply and booking rates

    • Collaborate daily and weekly with our Email Manager on improving deliverability, inbox rotation, and backend infrastructure

    • Coordinate with SDRs and list specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with lead quality and sales targeting

    • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion metrics across every step of the funnel

    • Lead weekly brainstorms to drive innovation across messaging, channels, and campaign structure

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading cold email campaigns for B2B (ideally at an eCom/Amazon/Marketing Agency)

    • Proven experience writing cold emails and building multi-step, multi-touch outbound campaigns

    • Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, copy testing, and personalization techniques (manual + AI-based)

    • Experience with Instantly and Smartlead tools.

    • Strong strategic and analytical mindset—you know what moves the needle and how to optimize for output

    • Familiar with technical setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warming, rotation) and able to collaborate on backend strategy (but not required to manage execution)

    • Excellent written English and communication skills

    • Basic knowledge of the Amazon FBA space is required – You should be familiar with how the business works, the common pain points sellers face, etc.

    • Bonus: experience targeting Amazon sellers or eCommerce brands
