    Compensation: $190,000 - $220,000 per year

    Position Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated Head of Compliance at a Behavioural Health Facility in Philadelphia PA. The Head of Compliance will lead and oversee all regulatory, ethical, and accreditation functions across adolescent mental health programs. They will develop the compliance framework, drive a culture of accountability, ensure high-quality care, and manage organisational readiness and regulatory relationships.

    Qualifications for Head of Compliance

     

    • Extensive healthcare compliance experience, ideally in behavioural or adolescent psychiatric settings.
    • Strong grasp of PA/OH regulatory requirements or ability to quickly learn multi-state regulations.
    • Proven capability to independently manage full compliance programs — policies, audits, training, and investigations.
    • Detail-oriented, ethical, and skilled in risk mitigation within behavioural health.
    • Strong communicator and leader able to guide multidisciplinary teams.
    • Bachelor’s required; Master’s, JD, or CHC/CHPC certifications preferred.

     

    Responsibilities for Head of Compliance (include but are not limited to):

    • Oversee all compliance operations across adolescent mental health facilities.
    • Develop and maintain policies, training, audits, and corrective action plans.
    • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, CARF, Medicaid, OMHSAS/OMHAS).
    • Lead investigations, incident reviews, and required reporting.
    • Work with executive leadership on risk management and regulatory readiness.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external reviewers.
