    Music Evolved Records is a tech-driven record label and entertainment company behind The Ebonized Chill Experience , The Ebonizer , and Mr. No Chill performances. Our mission is to create powerful live music and mental health experiences that inspire, connect, and uplift communities.

    We are seeking a Head of Event Promotions & Ticket Sales to lead the promotion, audience growth, and ticket sales strategy for our live events.

    Position Overview

    The Head of Event Promotions & Ticket Sales will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing ticket sales strategies, and driving revenue for Music Evolved Records events. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

    This is a remote role , but preference will be given to candidates who live in Atlanta, GA. Must be able to travel for events and meetings as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the promotion and sales campaigns for all Music Evolved Records live events, including The Ebonized Chill Experience.
    • Manage ticketing platforms, oversee ticket pricing strategies, and track sales performance.
    • Work with the Event Director/PR to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, PR, influencer outreach).
    • Build partnerships with promoters, venues, sponsors, and community organizations to maximize visibility.
    • Develop group sales, early bird offers, and audience engagement strategies to boost attendance.
    • Track KPIs and provide regular sales/marketing performance reports.
    • Collaborate with event management, artist teams, and sponsorship coordinators.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3+ years in live event marketing, ticketing, or entertainment sales.
    • Established connections with promoters,
    • Proven track record of driving ticket sales and building audiences.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, etc.).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
    • Must be able to travel domestically as needed.
    • Atlanta-based candidates strongly preferred.

    Compensation

    Small Retainer + Commission Model

    • Monthly Retainer: $750 (paid bi-weekly)
    • Commission:
    • 5–7% of Gross Ticket Sales
    • Plus 2–3% Bonus on Net Revenue if profitability benchmarks are met
