Description / Position Overview

This role owns the financing process across large-scale real estate development projects.

The Head of Finance is responsible for structuring, managing, and executing financing transactions, working directly with lenders and internal leadership to ensure deals move forward efficiently and accurately.

This role exists to ensure that financing is secured, structured properly, and executed without delays across complex, high-value projects.

What You’ll Own

• Own the full financing process from structuring through execution
• Work directly with lenders to manage loan processes and timelines
• Coordinate all documentation required for financing transactions
• Ensure loans are processed accurately and closed on time
• Support negotiation and structuring of financing terms
• Maintain visibility across all active financing deals

Must-Haves

• Experience in real estate financing, lending, or large-scale transactions
• Strong understanding of loan structures and financing processes
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive deals forward

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in real estate development environments
• Background working with large commercial loans
• Exposure to high-value, multi-million dollar transactions

First 90 Days

• Gains control over active financing deals and lender relationships
• Ensures documentation and processes are organized and on track

First 6 Months

• Financing processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Deals close on time with minimal delays
