    Role Overview

    The Head of Investor Relations & Middle Office Operations is a senior, systems-focused leadership role responsible for owning and operating Noble Capital’s middle office. This position serves as the central hub between the investment team (back office), investor relationships (middle office), and advisory partners (front office).

    This is not a support or administrative role.It is an ownership role that requires structure, judgment, and operational leadership.

    You will be responsible for ensuring investor communications are clear, consistent, and trusted, investment products are translated into investor-ready messaging, and referral opportunities are identified and routed effectively to advisory partners.


    Key Responsibilities

    Investor Relations & Experience
    • Own the end-to-end investor communication and servicing experience
    • Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate communication related to:
      • Redemptions and liquidity
      • Legacy fund transitions
      • Ongoing investor updates and inquiries
    • Partner with back-office teams to resolve investor requests and escalations
    • Maintain visibility into investor sentiment and service quality
    Middle Office Operations & Systems Ownership
    • Own and maintain the firm’s investor engagement and pipeline system
    • Ensure all meetings, interactions, and follow-ups are properly documented and tracked
    • Enforce data accuracy, process discipline, and clear outcomes across the pipeline
    • Partner with internal teams to improve workflow, reporting, and visibility
    Product Translation & Messaging
    • Translate investment team outputs into clear, investor-ready materials
    • Develop and maintain standardized:
      • Fund summaries
      • Investor updates
      • Opportunity descriptions
    • Work closely with investments, operations, marketing, and advisory teams to ensure message consistency
    • Ensure complex investment concepts are communicated in a clear, professional manner
    Advisor & Referral Coordination
    • Identify investor opportunities appropriate for advisory referrals
    • Ensure referrals are documented, assigned, and successfully transitioned
    • Maintain clean handoffs between Noble Capital and advisory partners
    • Track outcomes and ensure accountability across the referral process
    Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner closely with:
      • Investment team
      • Operations and accounting
      • Marketing and platform partners
      • Advisory and front-office leadership
    • Act as a central point of coordination that brings clarity and structure across teams

    What This Role Owns

    • Middle office systems, pipelines, and reporting
    • Product clarity and investor-facing materials
    • Referral tracking and process discipline

    What This Role Does Not Own

    • Investment decision-making
    • Closing advisory business
    • Creative marketing execution

    Qualifications

    Required
    • 7–12+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
      • Investor Relations
      • Private equity, real estate, or alternative investments
      • Financial services operations or platform leadership
    • Experience working across investors, advisors, and investment teams
    • Strong ability to bring structure to complex or fast-growing environments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Preferred
    • Experience with fund structures and investor communications
    • CRM or pipeline management experience (Zoho or similar)
    • Background spanning both servicing and business development environments
