This leadership role requires a strategic visionary with deep marketing expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for marketing, particularly in the elective surgery field.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with the practice’s growth objectives and patient care mission.
Brand Management: Maintain a strong, recognizable brand identity that differentiates our practice in the refractive surgery market.
Digital & Traditional Marketing: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, content marketing (long and short-form), social media (established and emerging), email, paid advertising, and community outreach.
Patient Acquisition & Referrals: Drive patient lead generation efforts and improve patient journey engagement through referral program development.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI continuously.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing split-test, market study, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and patient needs.
Sales & Provider Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with patient services and goals.
Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external marketing agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and AI-driven marketing tools to streamline campaigns and improve patient communication.
Crisis Communication: Manage sensitive communications and reputation management when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, referral partners, and community organizations.
