As Head of Marketing – North America, you will own the marketing strategy for Kepner‑Tregoe’s largest and most influential region. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on brand strength, demand generation, and commercial outcomes. You will partner closely with North America Sales and Delivery leadership, as well as Global Marketing, to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who wants true strategic ownership, paired with the ability to remain hands‑on and see ideas move quickly from concept to market.

Compensation
Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and Kepner‑Tregoe’s benefits package. The annualized base compensation for this role is between $75,000 and $95,000 , depending on experience.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service; paid time off; and eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. This position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office) local to our office. The position does require travel from time to time and reports to the General Manager of North America.
