**About the Role
**We're looking for a visionary Head of Program to own the heart of our product: the curriculum. You'll lead the design and evolution of our SEL coaching program - bringing together developmental science, engaging content, and gamified learning to create magical, measurable experiences for kids. From curriculum architecture to in-app rewards, you'll shape the journey every child takes with tapouts.
This position will require being on-site 5 days a week
What Success Looks Like
- Curriculum Launch: Deliver fresh, age-tailored SEL modules that inspire coaches and captivate kids across every stage of development.
- Gamification Deployment: Build playful, rewarding experiences—points, badges, and milestones that keep learners coming back excited each week.
- Program Effectiveness: Create smart, impact-driven tools to track real growth in kids' emotional skills—backed by data, felt by families.
- Analytics & Insights: Turn rich session data into powerful insights, fueling smarter decisions and personalized learning.
- Delivery Cadence: Lead a dynamic roadmap that brings bold ideas to life—fast, polished, and always focused on impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the Learning Journey: Architect content that grows with the child and is anchored in proven SEL frameworks and backed by research
- Gamify Growth: Develop motivating reward systems and progress milestones that boost engagement and celebrate progress
- Test, Learn, Repeat: Use feedback from coaches, kids, and data to continuously improve the experience - what works, stays; what doesn't, evolves
- Coach Enablement: Equip coaches with tools, training, and resources so they can deliver powerful sessions with confidence and consistency
- Cross-Team Builder: Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to bring features to life. Partner with Marketing to share real impact stories
- Thought Leadership: Represent tapouts externally - contributing to the future of youth mental health through research, talks, and partnerships
