We’re working with a high-growth, AI-driven healthtech startup poised to reshape the $900B+ dental and orthodontic space. Backed by top-tier investors and led by a visionary founding team, this company has already scaled to hundreds of practices nationwide—and is now preparing for explosive Series A growth.

They are seeking a Head of Provider Success to own, design, and scale the full post-sale experience across a dual-sided marketplace of general dentists and orthodontists. This is a rare opportunity to build from zero while implementing modern, AI-powered systems that directly impact long-term revenue and practice satisfaction.

If you’ve worked inside a dental practice and also know what it takes to scale technology in this industry, this could be the role that defines your career.

    Key Responsibilities

    Initial 90 Days

    • Design and implement onboarding systems that accelerate time-to-value

    • Create proactive monitoring tools to surface risk and reduce reactive support

    • Establish scalable communication strategies for both provider segments

    Strategic Initiatives (3–12 Months)

    • Architect AI-driven, self-serve onboarding flows

    • Optimize the entire provider lifecycle using automation and feedback loops

    • Identify value expansion opportunities at the practice level

    • Build scalable infrastructure to support national growth

    Ongoing Leadership

    • Act as strategic partner for high-value practices—delivering business and clinical insight

    • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

    • Define and track KPIs across activation, retention, satisfaction, and expansion

    • Lead post-sale strategies that maximize adoption, loyalty, and revenue impact

    Qualifications

    Must-Have Experience

    • 7+ years of experience working inside a dental practice (e.g., Lead Hygienist, Office Manager, or Practice Owner)

    • Experience implementing dental technology post-sale in a fast-paced SaaS startup

    • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through systems, processes, and data

    • Deep understanding of the workflows, challenges, and psychology of dental providers

    Preferred Experience & Skills

    • Strong background in marketplace or healthtech SaaS environments

    • Obsession with AI and fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Superhuman, Perplexity)

    • Demonstrated history of thought leadership (LinkedIn, podcasts, articles, etc.)

    • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

    • A track record of building from zero and thriving in ambiguity

    Traits That Thrive Here

    • Mission-driven mindset and bias for action

    • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit

    • High signal-to-noise decision making

    • Deep empathy for providers, coupled with systems thinking

    • Strong pattern recognition from both clinical and tech-side experience

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $145,000–$165,000

    • Equity: Competitive, early-stage grant with meaningful upside

    • Remote Policy: Fully remote (U.S. only) with preference for SF or Austin

    • Benefits:

      • Full healthcare coverage

      • Flexible PTO and remote autonomy

      • Direct access to founders and executive team

      • Opportunity to build the post-sale engine of a Series A rocketship

    Why Join

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to own a critical function at a defining moment in a company’s trajectory. You won’t be inheriting systems. You’ll be designing them. You won’t be managing a legacy process. You’ll be inventing a new one.

If you're looking for comfort, this isn’t the role.
If you're looking for clarity, ownership, and impact—this might be the only role that makes sense.
