    Job Summary:

    As Head of Sales, you’ll own and drive Vellum Health’s national sales strategy, accelerating adoption of our mobile care services and technology platform across key healthcare verticals. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the executive team, you’ll develop partnerships with payors, health systems, post-acute providers, and home infusion networks to advance value-based, decentralized care. You’ll be joining at a critical time as we expand into new markets and scale our AI-powered clinical delivery platform nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead top-line revenue growth by securing new contracts with healthcare systems, post-acute providers, and payors.

    Build and scale a high-performing sales team across regional markets.

    Develop and execute a national go-to-market strategy aligned with Vellum’s clinical capabilities and market demand.

    Partner closely with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and service offerings.

    Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, payors, and home infusion companies.

    Define sales processes, KPIs, and CRM usage to support scalable growth.

    Serve as a key voice in strategic planning and expansion discussions with the CEO and Board.

    Qualifications:

    8+ years of experience in healthcare sales with a proven track record in B2B sales to health systems, payors, or senior care organizations.

    Experience selling complex healthcare services or technology-enabled clinical solutions (e.g., home health, mobile care, digital health, post-acute services).

    Skilled team builder and sales leader with executive presence and entrepreneurial drive.

    Data-driven, outcomes-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.

    Comfortable in a fast-paced, VC-backed growth environment.
