Head of Skincare Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy, Irvine, CA
Job Description
The Head of Skincare Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy is responsible for all commercial aspects of the new product pipeline and the overall franchise strategy for the global skincare and electromechanical device business within Allergan Aesthetics.
This individual will lead a team to develop and deliver against a pipeline strategy that contributes business growth, drives category leadership, and optimizes the portfolio value. This includes building an understanding of the global market landscape, trends, customer and consumer needs, and creating a plan to address gaps through internal and external innovation. These components will be drawn together to create a robust pipeline strategy including a balance of Hero products and Portfolio SKUs. In addition, this individual will work together with colleagues to develop expansion plans, which build upon internal and external considerations, to deliver a prioritized and phased approach to entering new markets, along with the specific product needs.
