You’ll lead the development and delivery of critical commercial systems, directly influencing how the airline drives revenue, engages customers, and scales operations.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the delivery of the airline’s commercial technology, including:

• Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
• Direct digital channels: web and mobile
• Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Network scheduling
• Pricing and Revenue Management
• Other systems supporting commercial functions

Acting as the primary IT partner to the business’s commercial functions, you’ll ensure systems meet aviation regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, ICAO), while leading platform implementations and optimizations with key vendors.

Integrations between systems will be your playground, and you’ll design for high reliability and resilience, keeping mission-critical operations running smoothly 24/7.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in airline or aviation IT, with strong ownership of commercial systems
• Deep knowledge of commercial airline workflows and platforms
• Understanding of aviation safety and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO)
• Ability to support 24/7 mission-critical operations
• Customer-centric mindset balanced with operational discipline
• Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders under pressure
