    You’ll lead the technical evolution at Magnifica Air, shaping systems from day one and influencing how exclusive air travel operates.

    With direct access to senior leadership and full ownership of operational tech, you’ll build resilient, real-time systems that keep elite passengers moving smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on control over platform selection, integration, and delivery.

    What you’ll do

    You’ll own the delivery of airline technology systems that support critical operations, including:

    • Flight operations and dispatch
    • Crew scheduling and rostering
    • Maintenance & engineering (MRO)
    • Staff applications
    • Other systems that underpin the airline’s operational functions

    As the primary IT partner to the airline’s business functions, you’ll ensure systems meet aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO) and lead vendor implementation and optimization of key platforms.

    You’ll also manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/finance, build solutions for real-time operational resilience and incident response, and support fleet expansion, route growth and scaling operations.

    What you’ll need

    • 8+ years of experience in airline or aviation IT environments
    • Deep understanding of airline operational workflows
    • Experience with airline platforms (e.g. Flight/Crew/Movement, MRO, SMS, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory and safety requirements
    • Proven ability to support mission-critical, 24/7 operations
    • Excellent stakeholder communication under high-pressure conditions
