Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Video Production & Content Creation

    • Act as the primary video partner to NBCU Corporate Communications, shaping video strategy that supports corporate priorities, brand voice, executive visibility, and enterprise storytelling
    • Lead end to end creative development and production of corporate external and internal videos—including leadership messages, campaign sizzles, behind-the-scenes reels, culture stories, and enterprise spotlights
    • Pitch and produce original video concepts while also repurposing and remixing high-value archival and existing NBCU content into new, high impact assets
    • Use data, platform performance, and trend insights to recommend the right formats, lengths, tones, and distribution for corporate channels including NBCU Newsroom, LinkedIn, Instagram, the NBCU intranet, digital signage, and live events
    • Collaborate across Corporate functions and NBCU businesses to ensure corporate video content is adapted and leveraged broadly when appropriate
    • Identify new video opportunities to highlight NBCU’s employee experience and culture

    Event Production

    • Serve as the lead video producer or main point of contact with internal studios/external producers for Corporate-led internal events, including leadership meetings and offsites, and town halls
    • Direct interviews and on‑set production; oversee shoots and post‑production workflows to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and corporate messaging

    Resource and Project Management

    • Establish corporate video strategy on an annual basis
    • Lead video team and video roadmap; provide clear and regular editorial direction, continually optimize production processes and seamlessly manage multiple projects and stakeholders
    • Maintain and manage relationships with external production vendors and freelancers for projects that exceed internal capacity or specialization
    • Build clear and efficient approval workflows, even when multiple stakeholders or executives are involved
    • Implement and maintain a tiered production structure that clearly differentiates between high-touch productions and streamlined, template-driven or quick-turn deliverables
  • Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of developing compelling video content for corporate storytelling; thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; and is energized by the opportunity to bring NBCU’s brand, culture, leadership to life through video across internal and external platforms.

    • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, creative, marketing operations, production, or post production within entertainment, broadcast, streaming, or digital media
    • Demonstrated expertise overseeing end-to-end production operations, including budget management, editorial teams, external agencies, and vendor partnerships
