    About the Role:

    Leading the company's site selection plan, you will be responsible for executing the land procurement process in multiple rail-served industrial parks across the US..

    What You'll Do:

    • Interact with multiple EDC and lead the plot acquiring process
    • Lead the presentation at the decision makers' level
    • Managing negotiations and leading contractual engagements.
    • Ongoing work with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders in the organization.
    • The role includes travel throughout the US.

    What We're Looking For (Requirements):

    • Senior executive at a leading site selection firm or class 1 industrial development executive or senior REDI executive
    • Experience in managing negotiations and commercial engagements.
    • Business understanding and high economic orientation.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust.
    • High-level phrasing and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Entrepreneurial, task-oriented, and ambitious approach.
    • Ability to work independently alongside teamwork.
